Please > account the time you spent on reading my posts to it. > > Regards, > Wojtek haha, USSR position on patenting ;-) I think that i can't patent wheel because it's "widely used at this moment" and i can't patent software(source code) because there is no explanations what things are under this patent,and whats aren't (and this explanation size is bigger than program size by many times,or it's too wide) As any other laws,patent laws aren't as precize as phisical laws.There is a many ways to patent wheel.Speculation possible on any laws,and of course patents is not a exception. Patents are good for me,say,if i will research new engine that have good efficiency,i will spend a LOT of my time and money!Where i can get this money back if here is no patenting?
