The rest was OK, indeed. Looking at it with version 5.0, I had the same experience (top headlines are cut). The postscript version is fine though. Anyway, no one yet has thanked Javier for his work. What I've had time to see so far (just a skim), is a significant amount of effort on his part. So I'll offer my hearty thanks for his contribution! I am looking forward to reading it.
