The conservative throws a rope toward a drowning man but makes him swim part of the way to reach it. A liberal throws the rope directly to him and lets go of the rope before he reaches shore. What do you call someone who throws the rope, requires the drowning person to swim for it, and then lets go of the rope too? ACT, when working on behalf of its customers, throws them a rope and requires them to do their part. This seems an appropriate business model. Free GNAT is a rope that has no one holding it at the shoreline end, and you still have to swim a little bit to use it properly. Richard Riehle
