I was assuming that he was talking about the reliability of Ada carrying over into an OS developed using it, and that the unauthorized use was due to code exploiting errors in the code to bypass normal operation. If you're just talking about adding some privacy feature to an OS, I don't see much point in writing a new OS from scratch just to get that feature. Why not just add it to an existing OS?
