Is it there? I do see the exception in the source code for library units, however. Not a lawyer, IDK which applies, and I doubt that it matters for me. I wonder if there is any change in ACT's licensing with this release, or if the exception will still come with GNAT even when GNAT is more closely integrated with the rest of gcc.
