Ada is being used in several components of the NMD program--it's a big program across many contractors, so I don't know the full breadth of its use. There's lots of Ada executing as part of those missile tests that go off in the Pacific every few months. (And no one has suggested Ada is associated with any of the failures that had occurred.)
