What we got were complaints and people still expecting to call and get "traditional" phone support, even though the terms were clear that there were something like 30 days installation support provided. For traditional support there was a multi-seat license arrangement with an entry point not dissimilar to gnat level 1 in price. People were outraged that they had to pay so much to get support. - Ed
