The drives do not matter. It's just a matter of having to currently preferred software 1st in the path, so that the correct gcc gets called. Btw. the GNAT distribution from the Ada for Linux people have called GNAT's gcc "gnatgcc" for a reason. On FreeBSD, it's called "adagcc". The purpose of this is to avoid collisions with the "normal" gcc (usually 2.95.2 vs. GNAT's 2.8.1). IMHO it would be wise for the ACT folks to adopt this, as they are likely to be a at least on revision behind wrt the main gcc release.
