Despite keeping a reasonably close eye on this corner of the market place I am not aware of any such system. This doesn't mean someone won't eventually answer your question positively but it does suggest that these systems are not enormously common. Certainly all of the critical C++ I have seen turned out to be C compiled with a C++ compiler on closer inspection.
