I would encourage you to give specific and detailed comment on this proposal. It is unlikely that there will be any other solution considered unless someone provides constructive feedback and a very well thought out alternative proposal. It is quite unlikely that there will be any massive ("full") reengineering of Ada in the foreseeable future, but rather a series of small, "surgical" fixes (officially known as "amendments"). New keywords are not out of the question, but there has to be a *lot* of value provided, and a lot of "taste" involved in the design. Pragmas should also, of course, be designed with "taste," but admittedly it is hard to ever achieve a truly "tasty" pragma ;-). > ... > -- > T.E.D. > > Home - mailto:dennison@telepath.com Work - mailto:dennison@ssd.fsi.com > WWW - http://www.telepath.com/dennison/Ted/TED.html ICQ - 10545591 -- -Tucker Taft stt@averstar.com http://www.averstar.com/~stt/ Technical Director, Commercial Division, AverStar (formerly Intermetrics) (http://www.averstar.com/services/IT_consulting.html) Burlington, MA USA
