Yes.  Motorola will be releasing (VSN) NT for the PREP [standard
architecture for PPC systems].  IBM and Motorola will both be
building systems to PREP.  Motorola will be manufacturing "low-cost"
Baby AT motherboards for their PPC, that will be PREP compliant.
There are talks that Apple will change their architecture to be
compliant with PREP.  This would allow you to have an Ada compiler
on a "Mac", but in some sense... is it really a Mac if its not
running an Apple OS?

Once you have NT on PPC, getting GNAT on it should be quite simple. :-)
