The reason I and several other posters wore out your patience asking what you meant by this statement was so that we could determine whether your statement was false or was just badly stated. If you are referring to the instruction sets of computers, your statement is false. The Ada standard says nothing of the sort. If you are referring to extensions to the Ada programming language, they were indeed prohibited.
