We tested Hawk missile system shelters on a hilltop in Pelham, NH, where the radars could get a good look at the traffic flying into Logan airport. One of the "debugging" problems we had there was that mice and rats would get into the shelters and chew the insulation off the shelter wiring. They seemed to prefer the red insulation to the black. Red usually carried a supply voltage, while black was usually a ground. Made for a lot of fun finding the power supply short-circuits. Jerry Maple
