Now I have Linux mint 13 under VBox and it is working fine. The installatio=
n was horribly long though perhaps because of my slow machine. Before tackl=
ing ACML + Ada, I need to learn Linux as I have never used it before and tr=
ied some few Ada programs on their own. Two questions:

1. I see an x86-linux GNAT GPL at AdaCore libre that will be appropriate fo=
r my 32-bit system. Do I install this version or do I let "software manager=
" in my Linux mint to "find" the appropriate GNAT GPL?

2. I will install the acml-4-4-0-gfortran-32bit.tgz from ACML. Hope this wo=
rks! Nevertheless I saw some lapack files already on my Linux. So should I =
just disregard these?
