ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsibility for the design, implementation and validation of one portion of the simulation (IPT Lead) throughout the lifecycle of the product. Technical leadership and mentoring of other members of your IPT group. Coordination with other software and systems developers (and IPTs) to effectively develop the simulation using principles of OO and UML methodology. To review user feedback to assure that our design meets the needs of our customer. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Significant senior level software design experience. Object Oriented design and methodology experience. Significant, referenceable experience in software product architecture. 5+ years software development experience. Strong UNIX (perferably) or NT experience. 4-8 years Ada (perferably) and C++ development experience. Knowledge of object oriented concepts and principles. Able to work well in groups and interact with people from all disciplines. Hard working, dedicated person, committed to results. Experience developing software to military specifications. Masters degree in Computer Science. Knowledge of Ada95. Significant full life cycle experience, including requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
