OpenGL good enough for you? adaopengl.sf.net ;) There's also adagraph and jewl for windows. GWindows supports drawing too, and maybe Claw. Gtkada supports drawing on Linux & windows (general Unices?). Oh and there's a 3d engine by someone somewhere (forget name sorry :( ). I think it's DOS/Allegro based but I can't remember!
