In the Archive section find the article entitled: An Empirical Study of Software Faults Preventable at a Personal Level in a Very Large Software Development Environment Immediately under the author is a link to "Wireless" - go down this link. Toward the bottom of this page, you'll see the article appear again. Now at that point the "Download the Paper in Acrobat PDF Format" link actually gets you the file. It was an interesting article & made a pretty good case for why Bell Labs ought to switch to Ada - although they didn't know that was what they were doing. Hope this helps...
