Consider the explosion of the Internet lately and the incredible demand this has created for people who know how to set up web pages. Companies aren't even able to get enough qualified college graduates, so they are hiring out of high schools just about anybody who can recognize Netscape when it starts up. This is O.K. with me since it makes my skills just that much more valuable. Now if only I could figure out how to persuade my company that I'm a software engineer and need to earn an "industry average" software engineer's salary, rather than an aerospace engineer earning an "industry average" aerospace engineer's salary.... ;-) MDC -- Marin David Condic Real Time & Embedded Systems, Propulsion Systems Analysis United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, Large Military Engines M/S 731-95, P.O.B. 109600, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410-9600 ***To reply, remove "bogon" from the domain name.***
