by contacting Mr Mosemann's office, SAF/AQK, (703) 697-3624.  He is
not the originator, but is intimately involved in the writing.  It is not
SDD anymore.  Due to the Perry memo on Mil-Stds, it probably won't be
published as a Mil-Std.  Dont know what it will be.
