The goal of this tutorial is to assist teachers who are just starting or considering Ada in their classes. To present a "good image" John and Mike want to have a hands-on lab. We need to stock a lab with PCs for this tutorial. In the past, we have had companies loan us PCs for our labs, but I have not had any offers so far this year. Before we consider renting 20+ units, I thought that I would see if anyone would be interested in loaning them to us. We need the PCs for three days, 5 thru 7 November as a minimum, with 5 thru 11 November preferred (after the tutorials, we can load Ada9X and give demos). We need at least 20 units and we would like to have up to 40 (the max size of the tutorial is limited to 2*number of computers). To avoid configuration problems, we would like them to all be alike. Any companies out there interested? If so, please email, and let's see what we can work out. Thanks. --dave -------------------------- David A. Cook TRI-Ada '94 Tutorial Chair P.S. I STILL say if we had named it Object-Oriented Fortran 94, we wouldn't be able to make enough copies for everyone. :)
