THIS employee (speaking) wants the satisfaction of creating or adding
something of quality to the world without losing contact with his wife
and children or seeing them hungry.  And I'm sure I'm not the only one!
And I also believe (or I'd be working somewhere else) that my employer
wants the former (for profit's sake) and the latter (to keep a good
employee from leaving).
