Uh, OK.  The quote suggested an interaction between people who
understood the language.  Certainly I don't expect to be able
to show any program to someone who doesn't know the language
(say mooreon and C for example) and have them understand it.

It was a joke, son.  Even APL programmers usually find it humorous.
