( The prospect of using Ada95 compiled apps on the future NC's isn't bad for business either. (:-) ) - Java is a interesting language and the environnment is a great step forward towards portability. ( Being an OS/2 I can attest the small problems people have when porting Java stuff from WinXX to other platforms. Just look at the different version numbers of the JDK on Mac, WinXX, ... ) - I am just really sick of hearing the SUN people promising the famous magic silver bullet every time that they annouce a new Java related product. ( Serious software people/engineers/managers know that good software is not created by some "magic bullet" released from Sun-Labs. It's still serious work by competent people ) Enough rambling for today and best wishes for a quick completion. Ralph Paul
