I have uploaded Leonid Dulman's add on to JBA's Guidelines to
ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/os2/incoming/vad.zip with the suggestion that it
goes into the dev32 directory. This is shareware ($20).

I have also uploaded it to hobbes.nmsu.edu with a similar request.


I have not tried the thing myself. Just repackaged the zip files into
one big one.
