It looks like we may be out of the woods soon! Our experience with Thomson to this point has been basically positive, and it=92s looking more and more like their failure to respond promptly t= o this recent problem resulted from some confusion following their recent corporate reorganization =96 confusion which I am sure will be cleared up= very soon.
