Like when you ride in an Ansett or Qantas 737 or Airbus. If this is the impresiion you got, either your teacher is less than perfect, or you didn't listen. (Be Honest...) I might add that a lot of Academics who use Ada concentrate on the bells n whistles - arrays of Task Types etc. which are almost never used in practice, due to being impossible to debug (this may change with Ada-95).
