HLD PUBLISHING COMPANY will protect and maintain its interest. This seems pretty unenforceable, and legally untenable. Although HLD PUBLISHING COMPANY may own the intellectual property contained within their posts, can they really calim sovereignity over any duplicates thereof to the extent that they can prevent administrators from deleting or canceling said duplicates? I sure hope not, as the implications are chilling. -- I found these opinions on my doorstep, would you please give them a good home?
