Thanks for the input David, but that's not the one I'm looking for.  The
one I'm looking for is listed on the CMU/SEI annotated publications
listing.  The title is "A Comparison of Ada 83 and C++", and it is a
report, written by N. Weiderman, for the USAF back in 1991.
