The "hardware-binding" I've tried to use is forest1.4 (POSIX). My problem is that I only get one-way communication to work (write_only in one end and read_only at the other end). Should I be able to open( /dev/ttyb, Read_Write ) and use one filedescriptor for both read and write? I've tried this and also two filedescriptors for read or write but the result is the same. The "write-end" gets garbage when trying to Read the Read_Fd. Could someone please give me a hint or direct me to existing software using a similar setup? thanks!/Patrik Sjogren -- \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ Patrik Sjgren Ericsson Microwave Systems AB Display- and Reconnaissance Phone: (+46) 13 - 28 41 42 Systems Division Fax: (+46) 13 - 28 42 80 LM/EMW/FD/KL Email: Patrik.Sjogren@lmemw.ericsson.se _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/
