SET Labs has a PC version of a complexity analysis tool for Ada, plus a number of nifty data analysis tools that allow you to make sense of the metrics. If your friend is a student there is a special educational discount available. Metrics include Cyclomatic Complexity, Software Science, Span of data Reference, LOC, Comment Count, Avg Variable Name Length, etc. on a procedure, package and system basis. Hope this helps.
