It is being published by Benjamin Cummings, just like Grady's first book.
It also should be available in B. Dalton Bookstores anytime soon.  If you
would like more on the Rationale of the book, please E-mail your questions
to me, and I will see if Grady can possibly answer them.  I work with him
at RATIONAL.
