It is still not too late to provide responses to the P1003.5 POSIX-Ada Binding
Draft 4.0 ballot (in spite of the 19 Jan 1990 deadline announced on the cover 
sheet).  But time is getting short.  Please get all comments to Jim Lonjers
(lonjers@GVL.Unisys.COM) as soon as possible.

This is the last review ballot before formal IEEE standards balloting in June.
