It certainly would not be backward compatible at least with that feature to=
 Ada '95. As for the name Ada, even that is a question of worth, the name (=
in particular in the US) has been burned (mandate, licenses, etc.) and is a=
 marketing fiasco for the most part. If I ever did go through with all the =
work to complete a new compiler, I'd really have to think about how closely=
 I'd want to associate with the name Ada anyways. (Although obviously the b=
ase language is good stuff).
