Long ago, someone at Intermetrics put a joke entry in the list of variables
in an 800 page formal design document for NASA.  They found it, and made us
take it out.  However, USUALLY design documents are only carefully read by 
separate IV&V contractors who only make sure that the document meets the 
standards for design documents.
