The editor proper is written in such a way as to be portable to any system with an Ada compiler. The GUI however is written with Claw, so that currently it can run on Windows only. It should however not present any problems (but some work of course :-) to replace the Claw version by another GUI, e.g. GtkAda. Version 1.2 should be quite stable now. It is released under GPL. FSMedit lets you define transition matrices interactively, can generate Ada template code from them, and also can simulate the execution. You can find it at http://home.T-Online.de/home/Christ-Usch.Grein/Ada/FSM.html There is also a link to it in AdaPower in the reuse section. FSMedit comes with a complete html user's manual. Comments and bug reports (well - bugs not really) are welcome.
