I think I am closer to a solution in my segmentation fault tasking. Background to the problem.... 1) philosopher tasking tasking example works (gnat examples) 2) simple tasking using another task to send out put to the screen works. 3) another tasking program brings a segmentation fault. the only difference I can see is that I have a procedure which contains a task which also contains separate compiled procedures and functions declared before it which are used in the task. does anyone understand and is this legal....... on another note I have now revoked my professional ada programmer status to third class dyslexic " maybe if I'm lucky " tester. Are ADA and linux a good combination :- www.remotely.useful.com
