Not without MI and MD, obviously. E.g. all types defining "+" would be descendants of Additive_Group interface. 2. Not if type cloning is allowed (type X is new Y). Let you clone Integer: type My_Type is new Integer; that also clones Additive_Group (all parents of My_Type down to the root). And thus "+" gets overloaded again. 3. Generics.
