I have the gnatwin package installed (ftp://ftp.cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/3.15p/winnt/), which includes WIndows API bindings, though I've not used them yet; as you might note from my other postings I'm looking at the .net bindings at the moment. I'd guess that the biggest issue with gnatwin is likely to be the gnu license which may not be suitable for your purposes.
