Also, presuming ACT has a reasonable filing system, the next time someone is working on a particular module it is possible for them to look at outstanding reports to see if any of them naturally fit well with what they are working on. That might be efficient. There is absolutely no chance of them doing that if the report is in your file rather than theirs. Larry Kilgallen
