     If you save that message to a file and look at it with DOS, almost
every character is a box drawing character - too high a percentage for it
to be a coincidence.  Perhaps the original poster was trying to submit a
line drawing(?)  If so, the Internet messed up the line breaks.
     The fact that "(attachment file)" appears in there tells us that it
can't just be random characters.  And if it were an accidental dump of
memory, there wouldn't be such a high percentage of box drawing
characters.
     In any event, like the rest of us, I haven't been able to make sense
of it.  How about it, original poster, try again?  I think there's
something there besides random noise.
