Perhaps the original poster was trying to submit a line drawing(?) If so, the Internet messed up the line breaks. The fact that "(attachment file)" appears in there tells us that it can't just be random characters. And if it were an accidental dump of memory, there wouldn't be such a high percentage of box drawing characters. In any event, like the rest of us, I haven't been able to make sense of it.
