SDL, the tool which DEC uses to make the first (large) cut at Ada bindings for OS features was just made available as freeware in December. There may be a copyright issue regarding the OS feature descriptions, but the input to SDL ships with VMS so delivering the tool (and a post-massage tool to fix up the results) with a compiler should work.
