Unlike the DEC Ada V3.0 for OpenVMS VA X compiler, it does not have the Professional Development Option available yet, but we expect that to be in V3.1 (that is the Smart Recompilation stuff etc.) Like all the DEC Ada compilers, it is available via our campus-wide licensing program for media-cost [ie: free] to qualifying academic institutions. Our Mips Ultrix product does very well in this space. The DEC Ada V3.0 for OSF/1 AXP compiler is currently being field tested. /Bevin DEC Ada team
