Ada PD Compiler Message-ID: <1993Feb4.203641.26117@sys.uea.ac.uk> List-Id: Two people were kind enough to respond. K.J.Chan@uk.ac.liverpool.compsci advised: 1. The AdaEd system from NYU is available via anonymous ftp on cs.nyu.edu (128.122.140.24) in pub/adaed - it has been ported to SUN (sparc & mc68000), VMS, ATT3B, IBM_PC etc. I added support for hp700s. This works fine on Sun4s. (Michael Feldman also recommended the above interpreter.) 2. GNU is working on an ada compiler (GNAT) - hasn't seen the light of day yet but is imminent. 3. Some of the commercial vendors offer substantial discounts to education establishments eg Alsys, Meridian - you could try these as well.
