Look at HeraInterface.  Complete GUI widget set (Motif look & feel)
along with window management and low level graphics primitives
such as draw-line, fill-region, draw_rect, etc...

Big win is it runs on both DOS & UNIX/X windows.  You simply
recompile your Ada application to run on either platform.
