Wel, I can't speak to that particular compiler, but some programs have problems with Stacked disks. Rule one of using Stacker -- never use SSWAP. You don't have to reformat or repartition. Simply eliminate the SSWAP (which should leave you with a tiny C: unStacked and a large D: Stacked), then shrink the Stacker partition to increase the size of the C: partition.
