Many SEI reports are available via ftp as postscript files.  To see what is
available and to get complete instructions for accessing the reports, connect
to ftp.sei.cmu.edu (the internet address is 128.237.2.179), login as
anonymous, change directories to /pub/documents and get the READ.ME file for
complete information about what is available, things to keep in mind, etc.
