The DoD Work Breakdown Structure-Software documentation is available on the
AJPO machine ajpo.sei.cmu.edu in the directory public/wbs.sw

There are a number of postscript files that make up this document.

As I understand it, this documentation will be an appendix to Mil-Std-881 and 
may still be in review.

I have been looking for some mention of it here, but so far, no luck. 
I decided to post the information that I had.
I called AJPO yesterday and they gave me the information.
