I find the Peter Principle works pretty well in BIG BUSINESS. BTW, the book was written by Lawrence(?) Peter, not Parkinson. On the other hand, Parkinson's laws seem to be VERY relevant to the real world. Work really does expand to fill time available. Extensions to disk space are also valid. -- -- jwh
