The Air Force Policy on Programming Languages - ACTION MEMORANDUM signed by Mr Lloyd Moseman, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Communications, Computers, and Logistics) on 7 August 1990 states in Section 5, Policy: "c.
