It would be used for research projects as well as teaching Ada programming to computer science students. We would also use it in conjunction with a CASE tool such as Teamwork or Software Through Pictures (we're evaluating those also). A call to the Pentagon's Ada Clearing House revealed only two validated compilers for this platform - Verdix and Telesoft. Are there any others? Does anyone have any suggestions that will help us decide between the two? I don't normally read this newsgroup, so I would appreciate direct replies. I will also watch this newsgroup for awhile in case someone posts a reply that doesn't get to me. ______________________________________ Harvard Townsend, Systems Manager Dept. of Computing & Information Sciences Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS 66506 (913)532-6350 Internet: harv@herkimer.cis.ksu.edu UUCP: {rutgers, texbell}!ksuvax1!harv AT&T Mail: attmail!htownsend
